Dozavo Watch Company is a small-batch watch studio based in the United Kingdom. Watches are available via limited pre-order windows and are built to order. By placing an order, you agree that:

• Pre-order products are assembled after the order window closes and typically ship within 6–8 weeks (UK) or 6–8 weeks + shipping time (for international orders).

These delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to supplier availability, quality control, or logistics.

The specifications provided on the website represent the intended final product; however, minor design or component updates may be made at our discretion to improve quality or consistency. There may also be minor variation in the product compared to the visual representation of images on the website and on social media due to the variation of manufacturing tolerances and digital image processing.

2.1 Pre Order Process

You may not cancel your order once materials and components have been ordered, in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, reselling or misuse of the platform.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices include UK VAT where applicable.

International customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or additional VAT charged by their local government. These are not included in the listed RRP.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
